Lots of people get this scene wrong, It is NOT from Dallas, nor is it from the Dynasty TV series either (which ended in 1989)

If you want to find a better quality HD copy of this scene, you will find that it actually comes from the later tv movie in 1991 Dynasty - The Reunion
