I got 1 video downloaded out of the 5 I bought from you. I enjoy your video's they are very good only maybe a little more diving than pouring water on them other than that they are great video's.That's why I am upset that I can't get to my other 4 video's I bought from you.

I have tried last night an this morning to contact you though your contact section but it will not send.So I am contacting you though here I am not happy at all with your current service what happened to my 5 video's I bought from you last night I lost them last night an I could not get them back on my laptop.I tried to log in with my username an password an it will not get me to my video's I bought from you.I bought other video's from you an did not have a problem before that was a while ago so why am I having a problem now.
