I do not know either...but it is very old cos I have had this scene on old tapes for many years. All recent German tv airings in the last 10 years are in the 16x9 widescreen format and this is in the old 4x3 format -- and look at that white car at the end of the clip...which is a 1980's style car and not a modern car....so I would say this is from a German TV series or tv movie from the mid 1980's.
