There are a bunch of model sites around... for example: modelmayhem and onemodelplace.

There are always models open to "fetish" photography; as for compensation, some will model just to build a porfolio i.e. in exchange for the pictures you take, others only work for a fee. I suppose that the models available to you will depend on your budget, perhaps a bit of luck and/or your charm/persuasiveness.

I thought I could write a novel but I would rather start with a website first so how does one find models for a wetlook site
