There are several picture storage sites out there. Yahoo! is one, but some people hesitate to join the groups (I actually use a second computer on the home network for those).

You don't have to have a way to post them directly here, all you will need is to provide a link to where the pictures are.

You can also get free webspace from sources like Lycos, Geo-Cities. Be forwarned, the free sites like those limit bandwidth, and only a fraction of the people wanting to see them may get to as they shut the site off for a few hours.

That brings me back to Webshots as a good starting point...
