In reply to Message (22761.1.3) Wetlook, Mud & Clay, Messy
By MaK - Thu 01/06/06 23:14:12 GMT To my opinion, it is very difficult to draw the line between wetlook and mud and clay. The last update on "Wetfan's Classic Wetlook Photography" with Stephanie at the river ( http://www.wetfan.org/steph/w/w05/w05.html ) is a good example of this, and if you had shot your series with Lisa half a day later at the same location it would have been wetlook.
Pies, paint, chocolate, beans etc. is a completely different matter, which probably do not belong to this forum. Many WAM sites mix the things, but I think that there are actually three groups - Wetlook, Mud & Clay and Messy. Personally, I like the first two, but not the last one. |

By leonmoomin - leon@mostwet.com Thu 01/06/06 08:41:47 GMT Website: www.mostwam.com Thanks MaK.
I would post my pictures from mostwam in here, but I got chased out for being off topic!
Which to be fair I gues I am "at the moment".
I will be bringing a little bit of mostwam magic to wetlook very soon!

In reply to Message (22761) To Leonmoomin. Mud series with Lisa
By MaK - Thu 01/06/06 00:49:42 GMT Excellent mud series with Lisa on Wetlookforum, Thanks for publishing.
The headshot on the third picture is one of these very, very rare pictures where the attention is drawn to the face to such an extend that you do not see anything else. What a beauty and what a lighting on the last two pics.
