I'm off to Las Vegas soon, and have checked out the internet. Has anybody been to The Palms Hotel and Casino?

They have 2 bars 'Rain' and 'Skin'. Rain promises 'drenched Thursdays' and Skin has a lounge bar that turns into a swimming pool in the evening. The website does not give anything away with regard to wetlook, but has anybody been there to check out what really happens? I have a feeling that it is just names and that actual wetlook does not happen, but I can't help but wonder.
