It looks like the site was experiencing technical issues. It took many attempts but the downloads finally worked. Admins - feel free to delete this thread, but it might also be a good idea to leave it here as an FYI in case another customer experiences a similar issue. Cheers.

I just ordered a set from the website but the download links do not work. I then tried to send a message via the contact page on the site, but it looks like it didn't work. I keep getting a "502 Bad Gateway" page. I would appreciate it if you could please respond to this message with an email I could write to to find a resolution. Thank you.
