I've been in that place your find yourself in right now. It will pass, believe me. Perhaps seek therapy or some kind of professional help. I did for a little while and it helped me to eventually get back into the right state of mind and things got so much better. Surround yourself with good people. Hopefully you have family and friends that can support you.
