I'm pretty sure it's from a Japanese comedy show called 'Mecha-Mecha Iketeru'. I've found another very similar wet clip from the show featuring a popular female Japanese personality called Rino Sashihara:

Anyone know what the clip from 1:52 to 1:56 is from? Looks like it might be from an asian TV game show or something. Gorgeous wetlook in that tragically short and low quality clip.
