maybe something thats more sexy than everyday clothing to start off, like a thin slip or nightdress and use soaps / scented shower gels.

what this will do is give more person to person contact and feeling where as going for 'going out clothes and shoes' might be too weird to begin with and the slip / nightie would lean more to the sexy / pampering side of it

it would also lend itself to let her fell what you like about it, then when the weather is warmer or depending if she doesnt mind the cold go for a walk after its rained and have fun jumping in puddles

i have a neighbor who hated getting wet but i asked her is everytime she got wet it was something she was trying to avoid in the first place, ie going to work etc

i then invited her out as an experiment to go out and have fun getting wet, to which she did enjoy but wasnt something she had and fetish for and she saw it more as a fun thing to do
