I had the feeling it was Swedish and I saw a mail there at the watermachine, know he is Swedish. I would have been shared that vid here before but that would be years ago. |

It seems to be a 2014 Swedish short movie 'Regn' ('Rain') on the subject of depression starring British actress Sally Phillips (who I recognised in the clip) - it's 8'44" long:
