In reply to Message (52866) Linking YouTube Vids to Exact Time
By BlueShinobi - Sun 25/12/11 09:45:52 GMT I notice a lot of youtube videos posted are 10 minutes long and the opening 5+ minutes have nothing of note in them. It's possible to link to exact times in YouTube videos. A typical link looks like this http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WYIGo7x0mow Now the problem with this video is that the first minute plus is useless. So we go to the point where she gets dunked like so: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WYIGo7x0mow#t=1m7s Now it clips right to the good part :) Now to break down each part. Just take your normal link and then add #t= to it Next put the number of minutes then an "m" 1m Then do the same with seconds 7s And when you combine them, you go to exact time :)
Hope this guide was helpful.
