Hi everyone! I am writing as I saw some things said about the website that I helped start and take care of called wetlookangels.com. I am pretty sure I have always refunded anyone who had a problem with a video or photo gallery not working. There was one person from France who tried to take advantage and said like 25 videos did not work and also always wanted a refund on his site membership that maybe I found hard to take, but he was totally refunded regardless. In the beginning, some of the coding was not perfect and led to some videos not being downloadable but we stand behind all our videos. Wetlook angels.com has had a website now for 8 years and before we had wet femme before it was shut down. I just wanted everyone here to know I try my earnest best to always make good on any issues and of course anyone can always make a claim on Paypal if they feel they didn't get their good as Paypal always backs the BUYER and we only use Paypal as a reliable third party. Just wanted to clarify this because I want to be sure you know I try hard to do things for the customer every time! Stay wet, Joan
