Assuming you are using IE, when the box comes up where you choose where you are saving the image on your hard drive and what you are going to call it, add .jpg to the image name and it will be saved as a JPEG. It works, so long as the image is actually a JPEG and it's just your IE messing you about.

By Leviathan - Fri 23/04/04 01:17:58 GMT Or you can save your files as a *.bmp, then open it with Paint (it should be in START=>PROGRAMS=>ACCESORIES=>PAINT) and then click "SAVE AS" and below where you type the file name click "SAVE AS TYPE" and choose the format that you want (in you case, choose JPG); just remember that you'll have to delete the original BMP file! |

By The Bishop - bishop_italy@yahoo.com Thu 22/04/04 22:24:02 GMT You need to purge your local Internet files using the Tools menu. Purge either the online and offline files. Purge the cookies as well. Then, restart the pc.

How can I configure my settings so each picture is saved back to jpg. I am using Internet Explorer. I am going to have new videos for sale hopefully this fall.
