I use program named: IHateSpam, kills nicely 99% spam emails under MS Exchange.

Or if you can get MS Outlook 2003, there is powerful spam filter already buit in.

Doesn't it piss you off when you join groups and you get all the junk like adult porn links?

Is there any way you can prevent these when you join these groups so you don't received this links etc?
