I have found some sites play with the file name so Windows thinks it has some non-graphical file on the drive. If you save it and only find some file with the same name, look for the first "." (period) in the filename, delete everything after it and add jpg after the period. I have certain directories where I only save pictures, so I know right away when something is up like that.

For example, if you download a picture named "2322wet", and you see a file afterwards named something like "2322wet.pkdSz.whatever". Simply rename it to "2322wet.jpg".

Only a few sites do this. Just something to keep in mind if you find something you did not expect.

simple right click and menu pops up and selet save picture as click with the left mouxe button and your picture be saved in my documents repeat this for future pics
