I'm only comparing pics, but the location looks like a place in Florida (perhaps Busch Gardens?)... MK and at least one or two other photographers have used some Florida theme parks / waterparks, and the locations appear to be quite similar.

Even though it is a Japanese site with Japanese models, this shooting location might not be in Japan at all...
