Sad but true about Alcatraz, now the "Prison Club". They hhad some fine pool parties there. There is always the disco Alpha in Kandel, Baden Wuertemberg, and in Darmstadt, also in BW is the disco Natrix that can flood the dance floor. In May there is a great pool party at an indoor pool in Freiburg which is also in BW. There are several clubs and good parties in Northern Germany as well but as I live in Southern Germany I am not too familiar with them. A good source for German pool party info is the Termine Kalendar on the Nasse Klamotten website.
