I know of no membership sites that allow non-Japanese members. The best free sites, Wet Yumi and Aquarious (old Shower 95) are gone. Kam chan has returned, and probably has the largest batch of free gallery pics. Most sites, like The Moonface and Turtle farm are in the business of selling CDs and videos; but will post a few good pics on a rotating basis. Usage of English on the sites is minimal. Click on words like "photo" or "galleries". If there isn't any English words; click the page links until you find some pics. Here are the currently active Japanese wetlook sites of which I am aware.

Dos anyone have any good website addresses where you can subscribe to Japanese wetlook sites, preferably with English dialogue? Sites like Gagon are great, but I can only find video previews and nowhere to subscribe to download images. Either that, or any site featuring girls wearing panties underneath pantyhose, while getting a good soaking. Most western sites have girls wearing stockings which is great, but tights/pantyhose would be great for a change. Yes, I can find sites with pantyhose and no panties, but I want to see panties ASWELL, preferably semi-see through, the combination of panties with pantyhose is EXACTLY what you need for a superb tease.....!!!
