...esp with web-based email programs , u have to keep a check on them every once in a while to make sure the quotas aren't filled. Also if u have a seperate spam section within ur email client, give that a check, sometimes spam filters (esp with me) stop a lot of PayPal notifications and other important stuff. When u email a website, maybe send it to urself to see if it will send or better yet, Clean out the mailboxes everyday. Right now I have 2 ppl who I can't send login information to cuz of Hotmail and Aol
