Thanks....actually...I used to have a personalized number plate on my corvette in the 1980's...I had "MK123"...cos unlike the UK where it costs thousands to buy a personalized number plate...in Florida it only costs you about $50 more for a personalized plate. You can have whatever licence name or number you want...so long as it is not already held by somebody else...and so long as it is not an offensive term that Americans understand (which is how some British guy managed to get "Bollocks" for his licence plate...cos nobody over here knew what that meant when they issued it....but they later rescinded it when they found out)

By Chris The Elder - chris@thornefamilynospam.screaming.net Thu 26/02/04 11:40:56 GMT My Daughter has just bought a new car with a number plate that makes me pause in thought whenever I see it. The number starts with MK03, which relates to my first ever discovery that wetlook images were available on the Internet. Downloading sets of four square pictures from this tape from newsgroups became a treasured possesion that I still have. They remind me of how much we all owe to you MK and of course all the other producers especially when you realise the tape numbers of your latest releases. Chris The Elder
