I would advise guessing on countries that you have visited beacuse, you are absolutly wrong (let me advise you to go to Gdansk & Gdynia - big cities on the coast). Poland has a coll climat and WL is as often as in London. The problem is that broadband Internet isn't so widespread here and that all Internet connections are the most expensive in Europe in quite a poor country. As a result polish "hobby" sites are still rare comapring to other countries...
