If the text of your email reads as below, it's just the standard Sober.C virus. You should be fine (as long as you haven't executed the attachment, in which case you'll need a run a virus checker). Just delete the email. The 'sender' you see is possibly spoofed, and not as claimed.

Hello JMMphotos,

I have a small worry, as I have an email in my inbox arrived from yourself stating that downloading of movies is illegal.

It says that my PC was scanned and that an investigation is being started by the FBI. It gives an FBI address where you can apply for more information , but says that another email will arrive shortly showing the charges. It also comes with an attachment, which of course I dare not open , as it could contain anything! Do you know anything about this email?

Someone must have got to your PC and be using it to pass on these emails, although I am surprised that my email was connected to your site as I have only ever browsed through it. Any information would be appreciated.
