If you make a post saying "new updates at ...." then the updates at the site should be present.

People may sign up for your site on the strength of the samples posted, only to find out you changed your mind and in fact no such material is present.

If you make claims about the business service you are providing then those claims should be true. If you knowingly make claims that are untrue then it's basically a con.
