I'm all booked up for Songkran, but am going to Phuket for it. However I will also be spending some time in Bangkok - is anyone else spending a few days in Bangkok?? Maybe a few beers? Plenty of bars conventional and otherwise to get a little drunk! Be good to meet up!

Songkran goes on all over Thailand, but Chiangmai Is known as the best, and wettest place to be!

Thanks for the info. Could you tell me one more thing, are there any direct flights form Europe to Chiangmai or do I have to go via Bangkok? And does the songkran take place in Bangkok itself to?
