The movie, Black Point has a cute blonde girl wearing jeans, a white top with a thin blue shirt over the top trying to fix a sink and getting soaked in the process, it's about 15 minutes in. It's not the greatest scene ever but I love to see the shirt over a shirt look get wet. If you see that it's on in your area it's worth watching the first 20 minutes.
