This change has real significance for me. As the Vintage sites have evolved over the past couple of years, I have been concerned that while on the "free" services, the sites may dissappear at any time. Just this month one of the Pooldancer stearing sites vanished from Bravenet, which I have since partially rebuilt on GrayHost. There are still many galleries on Tripod and Geocities as well, as you likely notice by the pop-ups. These providors have no interest in wetlook and discourage archive sites of any kind, so the material is vulnerable.
Graham, on the other hand, is up to his neck in wetlook and also has an appreciation for the producers' work that has gone before; our heritage, if you like and I am now confident that this work will be preseved and available to the wetlook community for as long as he is able to provide the resources for hosting it.
Many, many thanks, Graham! JJ

By Graham (UK) - graham@grayhost.net Fri 16/01/04 06:10:22 GMT Website: www.vintagewet.com Such an important site to our community demands recognition. I have therefore "gifted" the registration of a domain name to JJ and this community. The old "vintagewet.grayhost.net" will still work, but you can now bookmark the address ...
