I only have about a half dozen girls for you this week. Normally I would just wait and post them later when I get more stuff, but one of the pics I wanted to post had already been dropped from the site when I went to check URLs. Soooo, I figured I better post what I got while they're still hot. I assume the problem is bandwidth. I have complained before about losing the 2 biggest idol sites, Idol-net and Idol Studio that mantained thousands of pics and updated nearly daily. They went away about two years ago. The sites seem to be dealing with the problem in different ways. A couple months ago we lost Idol Sweet Memories, another site that kept it's archives intact while updating daily. Some sites, like Kitone's Idol Planets simply stopped updating and just mantain the site like an archive. Others, like Jouske and Looks Breed Love keep the thumbnails, but drop full size JPEGS of older gallerys to make way for new stuff. Those sites at least attempt it in an orderly fashion and list not only what's new, but also what has gone away. Other sites like Idolpics play roulette with the gallerys, dropping older ones randomly to make way for new stuff. Then there is the ALEX Scan approach; they wiped their data base clean and just started over. Idol Mugen, a mainstay large collection with frequent updates, just wiped their database and now only mantain links to other sites that haven't given up yet.

I'm just venting my frustration here. In short, finding large databases of girls pics to sort through for wetlook is getting tougher in the idol site world. For anyone who wants to see new stuff of a particular girl, there are the VCARP sites that can hot link you to sites that updated your favorite idol recently; but if you don't care who the girl is, you just want pictures of any of them getting wet in their clothes, well, you have to search the hard way. The VCARP sites at least give me a hint as to who has updated at all.
