It appears that a bra is now authorized top cover for many of the wetlook fountain girls. Good, and sexy too.

And I note that in photo 21, the girl on the left, back to camera, is in white bra and black panties. No shame there,in the full underwear wetlook outfit apparently, but also sexy.
