The only way I was able to access the site was with a free ftp program called ws_ftp

I DO know how to cut and paste, but I've been unable to access WIR's site using Internet Explorer or Mozilla. I plug in the FTP address in the address bar, but then I get a "anonymous user not allowed" message---but I never get a screen which would allow me to put in a username. Is there a fix? Or do I need a different program? Appreciate your help, and of course, a thousand thanks to WIR and everyone else who shares so generously in spite of a few whiners. You know most of us really appreciate it.
