Let's face it. MK's business model for the past 25+ years has involved illegally duplicating scenes from THOUSANDS of copyrighted movies and TV shows, and selling them for a profit.

Nobody in Hollywood challenges these copyrights because, as a niche business that's virtually unknown outside of the WAM community, he successfully flies under the proverbial radar.

Such piracy has proven to be very profitable over the years. Why would you expect him to change the paradigm now?

Sorry, but WetJessie is 100% correct. Any contents on facebook or elsewhere becomes public domain and regardless of copyrights, anyone can copy them for profit or not as long as it's sold privately.

MK is an extremely reputable film maker and collector of anything wetlook regardless of the sources. I consider anyone sold online as private and not public. One thing MK does not do is steal. If this was true, then every clip that MK has saved from old movies, TV shows etc. would be considered stolen according to your opinion.

As WedJessie mentioned earlier, they belong to the people in the clips, no you. So how are you compensating them for posing uncandidly for your selling pleasure?

If you need to keep your "stolen" material from others, then DON'T post them.
