Hmm... It DOES kinda resemble a Hallmark Entertainment TV film called "restless spirits" (https://www.imdb.com/title/tt0196484/)

In that case it's a WWI French biplane used for a failed cross-Atlantic flight in the 1920s tho...

been looking for a tv show for a very long time. All I can remember is girl finds ww2 german fighter and pilot in lake, it could be a vicars daughter, but it was some time ago and I only ever saw it once. Anyone got any ideas please!! Pretty Please!!!
