Appleby Horse Fair 2019 is just finishing. I understand that access to the river was closed for part of the time this year because it was flowing too fast due to heavy rain, but there was clearly some wetlook action. This is all I've found so far

While I was looking, I found some rather stunning pics from last year which I hadn't seen before. Unfortunately, they are in an album which also includes quite a few pics of children on horses and I can't find any way of linking to the individual pics, so I can't post the album directly. However, those who are keen can search for Gullwing Photography, then click on "Blog". At the time of posting this message the blog opens on this year's Appleby "part 1", which is of no wetlook interest so ignore it and instead go to "Archive" on the right hand side, click on "2018", then "June" then "Appleby Horse Fair", then scroll quickly through the other pics until you come to a young lady in stretch jeans and a white blouse (who's with a lady in a short black dress whom you will recognise from pics posted here before); scroll through the pics of her - it gets better.....
