I believe "curiouser and curiouser" is an actual line from..."Alice in Wonderland," hence its propriety in this message about the movie...

"more curious" is correct, simply because of the awkwardness of "curiouser".

Re that "curiouser and curiouser" quote. I once decided to use it in something I was writing, so I decided to check the spelling. Curiously, "curiouser" doesn't appear to be a real word. It's in none of the online dictionaries and MS Word doesn't like it.
