I'm looking for a movie with a wetlook scene. It's some kind of a horror film, I think. My best guess is that it was made very, very roughly around 1990, or early 90s.

The scene I remember has the main actress being locked in a room, which fills up with water. The woman in aged around 30 and I definitely remember she's wearing jeans and cowboy boots.

So, due to the horror aspect, the supernatural forces cause the room to totally fill up with water. Eventually, the door bursts open and the whole roomful of water gushes out, along with the woman, who is obviously soaking wet.

Any ideas?
