Not to bash anyone (especially anyone in particular) - they do more than I do (or used to), but I can agree with a tangential point of his complaint in that the content posted here today ain't quite what it used to be. Head deep into the archives to get a slight idea of what I'm referring to (complete with nostalgia trips and wonderings about where are these people now). The old stuff is... well... old, while the new stuff is often OK at best. Maybe it's just me long marked by first impressions of long ago (I've been here for a little over 10 years now and I ain't a teenager [or in my 20s] here anymore) and changing trends and ideas continue to be the eternal hit-and-miss that they are, especially now that the novelty factor has long worn off for me.

One thing I've noticed is that the barrier between producer and consumer is minimal - if you reach out to them and support them, they'll reach out and support you in return. I've made a few friends and even met some in person!

Note that this is a forum and as such it is a community of ideas, likes, tastes and dislikes.

You are entitled to your opinion, but Ariel has a fantastic collection of wetlook available and I would think you could find something to your tastes.

Or not, but you are free to browse so many sites to find what you like.

Or order a custom. So many options...
