Hi Dima,

Typically how much time until you reach out to your customers to offer them the bonus set? I purchased 10 sets about 12 hours ago and I am still waiting for the bonus set.

I will patiently wait, but I am just wondering if you can provide an approximate timeframe on this forum, so that others are aware of the delay and don't ask the same question over and over.
