As far as I’m aware, she only deals with people via the UMD messaging system, only giving her e-mail when necessary, her e-mail isn’t published anywhere. So not sure how you e-mailed her?
She answers all messages sent to her on the UMD.

I will be happy to know which producers are making customs, usually or on demand.
A few week ago there was 2 answers to the same question, Ariel and also MostWam Charlotte. The second one indeed seems to be a famous one.
Sadly, there is another difficulty : receiving a reply to mails. May be a technical issue can be the explanation, but 2 times in a row with nothing, that's strange.
(My mail was polite and the script was in the "normality", it seems to me.)
