The problem is that often the people who fill in public surveys and polls are often not the ones who actually buy scenes, and it's the paying customers who get to really call the shots on what gets filmed and what doesn't, along with each producer's personal taste. Someone in another answer to this thread suggests that scenes where the model wears a swimsuit under her clothes instead of normal underwear should be marked down - but personally I'm far more likely to like a scene if the model has swimwear under her clothes, because it means she knew she was going to get wet to me that is an added attraction to a scene. So what one person hates someone else will love, and you can never really predict what is going to be a hit or not until it is released.

These days the best way to get something filmed that you think is missing from the market is to order it as a custom from a producer who already does similar stuff to what you want to see, and let the producer sell it to the general market after it's been shot. If it sells well then they'll most likely shoot more scenes in that style.
