To give you the legal side of this. If you did not produce, record or film any of the videos on your site, you do not own the copyright. The people who made these videos own the copyright. In fact, every video on youtube is copyrighted to the person who made them and Youtube makes it clear to anyone who uploads images, that they own the copyrights to them. It doesn't matter if the person who made the images, freely shares, or abandons the images, the copyright still belongs to them and therefore, no one else can take them, sell them or use them without the consent of the copyright holder. Thats how the law sees that.

The bottom line is this, what you are doing is taking images you did not make and charge people to see them. This is theft of intellectual property. This is no different then selling something you didn't own or did not make. You are stealing. Finally, you are gambling that the people who made these videos have either forgotten them or won't find the videos on your site, but no matter how you paint this, you are stealing images that you are now selling. That is what it is. You can claim anything you want, and sound like you're doing a great service, but you have violated copyrights to do that.

Personally, if I find any images that I made on your site, without my knowledge or consent, I will peruse a legal course of action. If I happen to find images I know belong to someone else, I will inform them, so that they may peruse a legal course of action. I simply would not accept an apology and a promise to take images down, if you made even a dime off of my hard work. I believe I speak for most others here.
