I have been on several (private) pool parties in the past and I cannot imagine that she will enjoy wearing her business costume and boots among all others wearing light summer clothing for the party. I would propose wearing something out of that range.

If she is in jeans, there is a bright choice of very fashionable models available that match summer

If she is in pants, let her selects some summer-like white pants, that will show through when wet (smile)

If she is in gowns, there are magifique summer gowns available that will lovely float in the water and not hide too much when wet (smile)

If she is in short skirts, then there is a wide choice of short tight skirts that look fantastic dry and wet - some fine hosery would infrease the view.

Shoes, they shall match the dressing whether they are high heels or those low boots for summer.

Let her choose and she will look brilliant dry and wet.
