Yes, like Patel is the third most common Londoner's name (and Khan the tenth most, including the Mayor of course) - which may be why there is so much wetlook in South-East England! According to Wikipedia, there are 2,234,625 people named Sanchez in Mexico (including my lady friend there), as against "only" 441,242 in the US (and 725,000 in Spain). But thanks for pointing that out, Don; it is higher up that US 'rankings' than I would have guessed, even though we hear a lot, here in the UK, about the importance of the Hispanic vote in US elections. My comment was of course meant as a jokey reference back to post 70144, nothing more - but it does mean that 100% of the women named Sanchez whom I have come across (ie 2 out of 2) are willing to get their clothes wet!

Really Dude??!? Sanchez is the 52nd most common AMERICAN name. (According to google.) Higher than that are Garcia at #18, Martinez 19, Rodriguez 22, Hernandez 29, Lopez 32, Gonzalez 38, and Perez 42.

But she definitely is our favorite realtor. If I ever moved to SoCal (heaven forbid) I would call her and if she showed up in that red suit with the red shoes I would loose it right there on the spot.

Don't know why they call them "fails" - did the houses not sell? (Because potential buyers were afraid of falling in the pool like Karen, perhaps ) Definitely a "success" with me.
