its a bit like when does a dirty puddle go from wetlook to muddy/messy
a swimsuit is usually ment to not look wetlook or revealing when wet, this one does have the qualities of a wet look body or top, probably deliberatly chosen to look that way for the show
so in this case i would say yes, its ok to put into wetlook
