Funny you should mention that. I was sorting through my collection of clips the other day, and happened across what I believe to be that very scene.

I checked... Babysitter's Seduction (1996) starred Stephen Collins and Keri Russell; I'm fairly sure I recognize them in the clip. They are in what appears to be an attic; she is running to escape from him; she steps out on a window ledge and pauses, eventually diving off into a pool below. She seems to play dead twice in the course of her attempted escapes/struggles.

I think it was one of the clips posted by JW (looks like I think I downloaded it May 2002)... file was simply named clip2.avi.

it was just on Ch5, a great scene at the end where she dives into a pool in a white top and short skirt. They fight in the pool for a few minutes, and lots of scenes after when she has got out.

One of those great scenes you just come across by accident! :)
