Let us see, Bathing suits are things one wears when going to the beach, or swimming, so they are by definition clothing. He who complains that wet bathing suits are not wet clothing should look again at definitions. OK they may not be to his taste, but that matters not. He is entitled to his view as are others, but imposing his definition of wet clothing is on to the rest of the forum is not only impolite, it shows intolerance of others.
