Most include the word "wetlook" in the user name - but the user names are constantly changing. In many cases, it is private individuals' own videos which they copy and redistribute; in that case I have distinctly mixed feelings - though I feel it is wrong in principle to republish another poster's videos without permission, at least it eliminates the risk of the poster removing the video because of creepy comments!

The version of English used in the descriptions is usually what you get when you use 'Google translate' from Russian, so I think its all being done by Russians who have spotted a business opportunity. I doubt if there's much can be done permanently, though if legitimate video-makers complain to Youtube immediately each time they spot their copyright being infringed perhaps it can be made too much hassle for them to continue?

For me more worth are these two tube channel.

That every up-loader has copyrights for his work is unknown by these people.

I have not found any possibility to stop this bullshit on you tube up to now.

Perhaps someone knows what to do.

Linking in a collection to the original is fine and totally OK for me.

...take mine. I spend time to make them hd, editing and try to put them online with a tag to find them and get copyright things on it and then you just copy them and put them online. Do you get money for clicks? Or are you just a famebitch??? man, this sucks!!!
