I remember hearing about an outdoor 'formal' garden party where everyone wore nice outfits. knowing they would get wet and messier as the

part progressed.. supposedly the area by the bar got quite muddy with spilled beer , melting ice and water

There is no such thing, but with a bit talent in social media shouldn't it be possible to establish something like that in the summer? ;)
