I have bought a total of 16 sets from perfectwetlook.com. Most of them were the older ones with Jane, which are great. Only problem is, when I went to download the videos, 3 did not work. Corrupted files, file doesn't exist, etc. I contacted "David" and told him of the problem. He said he would see what he could do....... Now a few months later, still no response. He said that a lot of Jane's videos have been deleted. Problem is: he never offered a refund or a credit. Honestly if he credited me one video, I would have been happy. Obviously no customer support here. So now I have paid $18 for photo sets and videos and have 22 pictures total. I strongly recommend looking past the perfectwetlook site for wet look media. They will "take your money and run".
