There was a walk-through fountain at the Disney Marketplace, east entrance. I have been there numerous times -- in most cases, the only people getting wet were little children. On occasion, the kids would talk their moms into a dose of water. Once, I saw a group of college-age women in dresses, pants, and blouses frolicking in the fountain. It's really hit-or-miss (assuming the fountain is still there - there was big construction in the area last time I was there (May 2002).
Also, there is a town called Celebration that has a fountain - The few times I was there were also hit-or-miss - favorite was a woman who looked to be early 20s that walked into the soaking fountain in a black sleeveless dress and upset her male friend to no end (apparently, he had just bought her the dress....).
Sorry not to be of much help - I have spent considerable time looking for wetlook with mixed luck. |

By Russ - russ@russ.net Sat 26/10/02 10:13:56 GMT I'm going to Orlando Nov 3-6, and am still trying to find a good place to get wet. I've been on some of the soaking rides at Universal Studios and they're good if you don't mind lines. I've heard about the Curious George area where they have water guns and dump water on people, but I've heard the water may not be going depending on the weather. I'm still not sure where to go or what to do... Any ideas? |
